Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Preferred: Experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with Salesforce integration.
Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing all trade show activities, creating impactful marketing materials such as trade show graphics, social media content, and digital advertisements, and collaborating with internal teams to drive cohesive marketing campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design and experience with HubSpot are highly recommended.

Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot for marketing automation, including workflow creation and communication management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign) for creative graphics and design.
- Expertise in social media platforms and strategies.
Interpersonal and Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Proactive with the ability to take initiative and anticipate future needs.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a strategic mindset.
