Catalyst

Description

Copper oxide and copper catalysts produce methyl chlorosilanes and are engineered to meet stringent customer requirements. Catalyst powders are offered with elemental promoters to enhance reactor performance, increase the dimethyldichlorosilane yields, reduce selectivity to high-boiling point residues (di-silanes), and increase silicon metal utilization.
