Copper Flake

Description

Flake, or lamellar metal powders, are produced by milling high purity copper powders. Due to the impact of steel balls onto the powder, the particles are flattened into a shape resembling a flake.

Flake powders are thin, have a high specific surface, and low apparent density. The aspect ratio of copper flake powders can be as high as 100:1.
